Excellent service and amazing food! Le Wrap Fast Food never disappoints. The service is always friendly, fast, and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. The food quality is outstanding and fresh ingredients, great flavours, and perfectly prepared every time. You can really tell they care about both their customers and the food they serve. Highly recommend Le Wrap Merrylands for anyone looking for delicious food and great service in the area!!

I understand you guys may be busy, or whatever I respect that. People make efforts and spend time and money to get your food. Please either pay attention to your orders or dont do it and piss off people. When I come to the store I constantly request for extra toasted, no one cares, I order on ubereats same disappointment. I have been getting lewrap for over a decade its my favourite one. But please don't piss me off. Please also fix your loyalty cards I have over $50 credit there which i no longer can use.

I’ve gotten food from Le wrap Merrylands a couple of times and each time it’s been nothing but disappointing. I’m not sure if they’re forced to provide small portions or they just do it to avoid extra work at the back. Quality of the food isn’t the best too compared to other Le wraps from different locations. Chicken almost burnt and dry. They need a MAJOR improvement in their service and quality of food. Regardless won’t be returning again to avoid the disappointment after waiting 30 minutes for my unpleasant lunch.

⭐☆☆☆☆ "Very Disappointing & Misleading Advertising"!!! I ordered a Chicken Plate with Brown Rice & Salad (without leaves) from LeWrap Stockland Merrylands, and I was honestly shocked when I received my order. • The chicken portion was very small, nowhere near what is shown in their advertisements • I clearly asked for brown rice, but received white rice instead • I specifically requested salad without leaves, yet the box was filled with mostly leaves This was not a small mistake — it completely changed the meal I paid for. What made it worse was the customer service. Staff were not listening properly, brushed off the issue, and showed no interest in fixing the wrong order. To make matters even more concerning, the same thing happened to my friends on another day when they ordered the "Protein Pack." The meat portion was ridiculously small — not even enough for a proper meal. The food does not match what is advertised, and this feels extremely misleading. If you promote protein meals, at least deliver what you promise. ⚠️ Save your time and money. Don’t be frustrated like we were. This place seriously needs to improve its honesty, portion sizes, and customer service.

I have been coming to this branch for over 6 months now and it never fails! The service is always good, staff are so friendly and make conversation, and the protein pack is SO yum!!! If you’re ever in Merrylands definitely pay them a visit 🥰
