They took 40 mins to prepare my order. I ordered veg fried momos and they were deep fried in disappointment. How can a chef serve food that looked so disgusting . When I told the staff, instead of apologizing or checking the food, they just said "that’s how our fried momo are made." 😑 That’s not how you handle feedback. No apology, no effort to fix it, just attitude. Really disappointing service and food. I had to ask them to remake me another veg fried momo.
Kind girl at the counter, but very upset that after waiting for ages for a take away order (with the girl knowing I want to eat it on the train as I am in a hurry) I got the order handed to me and I walked out, only to find there was no cutlery included! Nor any napkins? How can I eat it!? Now I am just super hungry with a box of food I can’t eat! So very inconsiderate 😭
This CBK platter was the best dish in long time. Enough for 5-6 person and very delicious. Highly recommended!
When after a soccer game! Happened to have found this place as we came out of the dessert place next to it ! Loved the vibe inside the lady was lovely and the wait time was aight! Food was great! Chicken momo at that price was YASSS🔥
I and my family had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazingly we just loved the taste of the food, customer service was awesome and the environment is just beautiful. Thank you for sharing your patience and experience @Binas cafe
It was such a let down. We ordered samosa tarkari and selroti tarkari at the beginning, and received samosa and selroti 10 minutes prior to tarkari which made selroti cold, and was as hard as rock(could be leftover from days before) Still decided not to complain. And ordered one chicken kothey momo which took approx 20 minutes to arrive yet the meat was raw, undercooked. Decided to let them know but didnt receive one sorry, just asked arko banaidim ki k gardim?
Food was really good and the customer service was great. Laxmi sis was very welcoming and very friendly yet professional. We had chilli chicken momo, chicken chowmin and sausage. Everything was good and chowmin was the best one.
