Super helpful and friendly staff, help me decide what I should get as im new to korean food. Generous price and portions and food was fresh and delicious.
The lady who served me was more than happy to suggest which lunch box option I should pick, and even with broken English she was very kind and helpful. The food is stunning and great value!
All menu items are $10 and cash only. I ordered sundae, tteokbokki and jjolmyeon. The tteokbokki is quite average and most of their food portions are good. Their spicy sauce for jjolmyeon is very tasty and the sundae is firm and flavourful. The owners are two nice lady and the seatings are limited (approximate 7ppl at one time)
Probably had become my go to spot for lunches now as I like the already prepared lunch boxes they have on offer. They’re $14 and come with rice and bottle of water and I think it’s a reasonable deal. The quality of food was pretty good and I’m down to try the other lunch boxes. Only inconvenience would be they only take cash or payid/bank transfers
Strawberry kitchen in Strathfield is a new place that serves Korean home-style cooking food. It is healthy and the price is very reasonable given the size and the taste. Staff is very helpful and the Coffee mix is available as self serve along with the water dispenser. The Bulgogi is surprisingly very good and uniquely presented sprinkled with seaweed. The free parking is available in Strathfield Plaza for 3 hrs, or just a few metres away from the train station.
