Brought a spinach and cheese roll, service and was cold, price was $6 for a spinach and cheese roll then had the decency to charge 0.09 surcharge for eftpos when it’s a cashless society. If your needing to charge extra include it in your prices however I dare say your making a large profit with the margins on the product. Product was below average and presentation was terrible.

We bought 2 salad rolls, one tuna & one ham. Both rolls were saturated on the bottom basically making them inedible. 30-50% of the fill was spinach leaves. As we paid nearly $20 we expect a very please meal. Yes, my roll went into the bin. Not going back to Routleys !!

Very rude customer service. Ordered a coffee no greetings no thank you. Coffee was made literally in seconds and the taste was horrible. Never gonna visit.

Plain pie and sausage roll where really nice and got a bottle of softdrink all for $13.70. Service was really quick nice and clean. Only problem is the store is extremely squishy not a great place to sit down and eat lunch.

I went to this café recently and had a really disappointing experience. The staff didn’t ask me if I wanted to dine in or take away and just handed me my coffee and food to go. I noticed that other customers, especially women, were treated differently and received better service. When I asked about my coffee, the staff member replied rudely, saying she could make it now. I felt completely ignored and unwelcomed, which made me feel like my service was based on my appearance. Being in the retail industry for 10 years, I know how important good customer service is. I hope this café can work on treating all customers with respect and kindness, regardless of their background.I know she’s working alone but doesn’t mean she behaves differently.

Great pies and spinach quiche! There were limited options after the lunch rush but we had the Snow pie, Meat, Curry, & Beef n Cheese. All were very good 🙌🏼
