Muffin Break Willows

My wife and I order coffee, scones and cream. The scones and cream were left on the counter presumably waiting for the coffee. In the meantime a dozen or so people came and ordered speaking and coughing over the tray. I asked the girls for the coffee and not to worry about the scones. They reheated the same scones anyhow which made them tough and inedible and the cream melted into a slurry because of the hot plate. A thoroughly unpleasant experience and one im not keen to repeat.

Good service, impressive to find someone attending and or serving that actually smile. Coffee was good and the muffins are as usual, great.

They dont make the sandwiches and croissants daily like other muffin breaks.

My favourite cafe by far! Have been coming to muffin break willows for over 15 years, never had better service, food and company. The owner is second to none, she goes above and beyond for her customers. Cannot recommend enough!!!!

10/10 Customer Service! Frequently visit the store and have always been served with a smile and a little chat. The team are always very quick with service, friendly and the food is amazing. Massive thank you to Shirley, she is forever keeping a smile on her face and giving fantastic service. Thankyou!!

Had a lovely experience here today. My mum tried to sign up on their app and when the lovely lady realised we were having problems came and sat down with us to help us sort it out. She took the time to listen and problem solve. She has a lovely mannerism and wonderful compassion. We didn't get her name however she shared that she baked the cookies on Mon and Tues and worked behind the counter on the other days. She loved her job and had high praise for her boss. Thanks for making our day. A little bit of kindness goes a very long way.

I went there the other week & waited for 10 minutes to be served infront of the muffin window even though noone was waiting. A elderly lady then came up to purchase & asked if I was being served, which I told her no. She interrupted the staff to tell them and I was told by the male staff member, who during the 10 minutes ignored me, I need to stand infront of the till to be served. I told him there is no singage to explain this and none of our staff would dare say this to clients. The young girl who ended up serving me was lovely. Ill be taking our weekly business to the other store from now own where I have purchased before numerous times and not once has any staff said that to any customers.
