I decided to try this service today after seeing their social media presence, but the experience was deeply concerning. The delivery was 30 minutes late (promised between 7–8 PM, arrived at 8:30 PM). While the Mutter Paneer and Chicken Kadai were just ok, the rest of the meal was unacceptable. The chapatis were thick and some were burnt. Most alarmingly, the Alu Methi tasted off and the Nutri Sabji was clearly spoilt/stale. Our entire family is now feeling unwell after consuming this meal. Food safety is non negotiable, especially during hot weather. Serving stale and spoilt food is a serious health hazard.I strongly advise taking extra care with your catering standards, as this experience has left us ill and extremely disappointed. I am not sure how people end up giving all the glowing reviews. No where close to home like food as they claim. Very disappointed😞

1/5 Stars: Unacceptable Incompetence and a Ruined Family Dinner Taste home Keysborough: When you explicitly request mild, child-friendly food, you expect a basic level of attention and competence from the kitchen. Our experience proved this restaurant is utterly incapable of delivering. Our family dinner was an absolute disaster, entirely due to the blatant failure of the staff to honor our clear instruction for the kids' dishes to be MILD. We emphasized several times that the food was for young children and needed zero spice. What arrived was not just mildly seasoned—it was painfully spicy. The result was immediate. Our children were in distress, unable to take more than a single bite. Their evening, which should have been a pleasant family outing, was ruined by the burning heat in their food. This single, critical oversight didn't just affect the kids; it effectively ruined the entire experience for every guest at our table. Trying to placate unhappy, upset children while watching hundreds of dollars of ordered food go uneaten is the definition of a nightmare dining experience. Avoid this place if you have dietary restrictions or young diners. We paid a premium price for a disastrous, non-edible meal and left with unhappy, hungry guests. An utterly appalling performance.
