We made a booking three days in advance and I’m glad we did, as it was quite busy for a Friday night. The service was very attentive, and we ordered the $109 three-course set with drinks (we were absolutely full by the end!) The dessert was especially amazing, definitely not to be missed.

Centonove is a refined Italian spot in Kew that’s perfect for a proper night out. The atmosphere is polished and a little more formal than most, but still warm and welcoming. Service is attentive, the food is excellent, and it’s the kind of place you’d happily return to for a special dinner.

We were invited to an education dinner tonight held at Centonove, and the experience overall was very enjoyable. The event took place in a private upstairs area, which was exclusively reserved for our training session. It was a great setting for a more intimate and focused evening. The food was a definite highlight. I had the scallops to start, which were fresh and well-prepared, followed by a beautifully cooked pan-fried barramundi. For dessert, the chocolate fondant was rich and indulgent — a perfect way to end the meal. My colleague ordered the beef carpaccio, BBQ pork, and pannacotta, and they were equally pleased with their dishes. The quality and presentation of the food were impressive across the board. One small issue was the setup of the table and presentation equipment. The placement of the projector and monitor could have been better thought out, as staff occasionally bumped into the equipment or unintentionally blocked parts of the screen while serving. It didn’t detract too much from the evening but is something that could be improved for future events. All in all, it was a great night — good food, attentive service, and a productive learning experience. Would happily return, whether for another event or just a nice dinner.

Great food and service. It's a fixed price of $99 for three courses, with about 6 choices for each course. That takes some of the stress out of decisions since you have already accepted the price. My octopus salad special was great, and spicy. I wanted more bread to mop up the sauce. We had a shared lamb shank main which was super tender. I do recommend ordering one veggie side dish to balance the meat and carbs. The mains were very generous. The desserts were all great as well. My only real issue was the noise level and slightly cramped seating. It was hard to talk to my companions.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Centonove! Had the Salmon Gravlax special as a starter. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We may have over-ordered on the pasta, but the staff were kind enough to split the dishes so we could try each one. The spaghettini had a lovely seafood taste—perfectly al dente, buttery, and not too salty. The lamb ragù was rich and comforting, served with thin spaghetti that soaked up all the flavors beautifully. The standout was the truffle and mushroom rotolo special—soft and pillowy, almost like an oversized gnocchi, with a deep, well-balanced mushroom flavor. In hindsight, we should’ve ordered another protein and one less carb-heavy dish, but everything was delicious. We were too full to even consider dessert! Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Overall great service and great value 🙌🙌

Such a perfect spot for celebrating our anniversary. Incredible fresh, absolutely delicious food, a charming Italian waiter, and a cozy-classy vibe that set the mood just right for our special night. Not cheap, but worth every delicious penny. We loved seeing the owner genuinely working the room, such a lovely personal touch. To top it off, we popped across the street to Elba Bar (owned by his brother!) for a flirty little cocktail. Already dreaming about our next date night there, so much fun. 🍸💃❤️

Elegant Italian cuisine! I brought my husband here for his birthday, and it is a fantastic special occasion venue. It is a set price of $99 for three courses, which I thought was fantastic value considering the food quality and service. The calamari for entree and honeycomb chocolate mouse gelato for dessert were wonderful. But my standout dish was the crab linguine and, the crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside roast potatoes. There is an extensive wine list for those drinking; however, there were no mock-tail or non-alcoholic options on the drinks menu.
