Lindsay, Jo and the NCE team consistently perform miracles. During a recent power outage and broken machine my workplace fell behind production requirements. NCE kept in communication with me regularly to ensure they could be on site as soon as the power returned and even modified a motor when we ordered the incorrect replacement (from supplier). Always professional, efficient and accommodating.

Scam…scam…scam….Please be alert, we purchased the second hand commercial dishwasher from these guys and it was clearly mentioned on their website that it is in working condition, but when we brought in to our workplace and started using it, it was leaking from underneath water tank and i called local technician to have look on it and he told me this dishwasher is out of age and it needs to replace the rinsing motor and washer motor, that will cost around $2000, now northern caterers guys are not even responding to my calls, please be aware if you are choosing them for any second hand kitchen products or any kind of repair, i will post screenshots of invoice, that i have paid for dishwasher.

Our commercial dishwasher stop working, Tom and Allison did an amazing job helping us to find the spare part and fixing it promptly. Great work.

Try to avoid them, if you are buying second hand equipment from them, we paid almost $3500, for faulty dishwasher, if you are buying second hand equipment, then good luck👍🏻
