Sushi Hub Westfield Hurstville

📍 Caterers in Hurstville

5.7

Sushi Hub Westfield Hurstville offers a budget-friendly sushi experience with a variety of options. The establishment is known for its fresh ingredients and quick service, although lines can be long during peak hours. The food court location provides ample seating and a unique train bell small tables area for customers. However, service quality can be inconsistent, with reports of both friendly and rude staff encounters.

The sushi rolls are consistently fresh, and the salmon sashimi, when in stock, is a popular choice. While the price point is attractive, some customers have reported issues with hygiene and order accuracy. Overall, Sushi Hub Westfield Hurstville is a decent option for a quick and affordable sushi fix, but it may not always meet expectations for quality and service.

Dark hair found inside of my salmon roll! What’s worse than finding a strand of hair in your food?? Finding half a strand 🤢

The staff member with a tattoo is very rude. He said he couldn’t make the sushi and needed to ask his boss how to do it. Never order it again. It’s won’t deserve for the money.

I took it home and it’s absolutely delicious, if the kitchen is still open you can ask them to cut the maki rolls for you and if they don’t have the item in stock they can make it for you, I frequently visit this place

In food court, plenty seating areas around, shop has a moving around train bell small tables area for their own customers. I only got a takeaway box $15.80 really price and suze. Enjoyed.

Absolutely disgusted. It is usually my go too when shopping at Hurstville. But not again. I ordered 10 sushi pieces for my son and was told to come in 10 minutes so they could be made fresh. When I picked them up I asked for chili sauce on top of sushi which they then said was an extra 50 cents, which I paid. But it wasn’t until I got home and my 9 old son opened the sushi to find my change of $1 in the sushi box. Firstly the girl serving was rude making me feel like it was an inconvenience waiting 10 seconds for me to find my wallet app on my phone to pay for the sushi but then she thinks it’s appropriate to contaminate the sushi by putting the change for the sauce in the box? Totally unhygienic and even worse if my son had actually accidentally eaten the money. I won’t be going back any time soon!

The sushi is the cheapest takeaway priced in Westfield, that's why they opened another store just opposite the Hurstville station exit on Forest Rd. The sushi is consistently good tasting, very popular because of it's price and variety, there are no issues with freshness of the food. The salmon sashimi is almost always out of stock as they get sold quicker than they are prepared, they also need to fill food delivery app orders too, BUT they will prepare it for you if you ask and are willing to wait about <10min so this is good service imo. If you cannot wait, I suggest getting your sashimi from the sushi hub outside Westfield, those guys don't seem to be running out of stock nearly as quickly. Picture of edamame container with pen on lid for size reference. About 32 whole beans (between 1-3 pods ea), not salted, $4.80 container. They do food delivery apps and their own website has an order page.
