Phu Cuong King's Hot Bread

Tried their Pork Roll $10 Taste Rating: 8/10 - Bread is not served hot (like what you get in Vietnam; lady boss said you have to come at 1pm to get hot bread) - Fillings are tasty - I would like it more savoury Value Rating: 7/10 - $10 for Pork Roll is not cheap - Fillings are OK amount - OK to share between 2 persons Service Rating: 8.5/10 - They are receptive to your preferences, e.g. no or more chilli/coriander etc. - Happy to shrink wrap and cut in half, if you specify during ordering - Generally polite service Compared to the Banh Mi we tried in Cabramatta, this one (although more expensive) tasted better.

Was looking for a quick, easy to eat lunch and came across Kings Hot Bread. I had the classic pork roll and the wife had the char siu roll and we both agree that this is a top tier banh mi spot! Generous fillings and great value. Highly recommend! The service was also amazing!

Been coming here over 20 years and its the best bahn mi's in Sydney, they know what theyre doing! The bread is especially amazing, the crispy pork top notch, this is the same shop that used to be about 150m down the road on the other side.

King’s definitely serves the best banh mi in the area. The first few bites are incredibly flavourful, with a generous amount of sauce and a rich, buttery taste. Personally, I found the flavours a bit overwhelming towards the end, but that’s just my preference—others might love the intensity!

Been coming 20+ years, the quality and taste is the same. Pork roll and chicken roll is our usual order. Still remember when they were at their old location further up on Forest Rd. Iced coffee is and chicken crunchies are good too.

It’s a famous vitman roll in Hurstville. So yummy yummy. The shop look like professional mead breads. So when every time I bite into the bread, it feels crispy and pork belly crispy as well. Especially they put a lot shredded radish very nice and I like coriander. It’s different like other Banh mi. Its unique. So try this shop next time.

The banh mi are among the best in Sydney. The ingredients are fresh, tasty and not overly salty like some others. Although a little difficult to eat because the bread roll is big, the taste is awesome.
