Soul Origin Westfield Helensvale

Went at 3pm (they close at 5pm), and they had boxed all of their food up and only had their ‘leftovers’ on show. I asked for a wrap and if it could be made out of one of the many pre-made salads they had in their window. Was rudely told no and that I could only get one of the 2 falafel wraps left in the window.. Two chefs on out the back and the front counter girl and not one of them could put a salad into a wrap…?

Thought I'd buy a wrap, was ignored for a bit then some people who just arrived were served before us , I wasn't that bothered. When we were served I asked what was in the wrap, the girl asked are you asking me what's in it, she told me whilst rolling her eyes, I was about to ask about another item but she was still being surly and started to walk away, at this point I told her not to bother. Having now read other reviews I think this was a wise choice. Absolutely attrocious customer service.

I ordered three salad combos today. I am a regular customer here and have a loyalty card. However, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the salad. Last week I went to buy three salad boxes, and the salads were like the photos below. I was a bit disappointed already but decided to give them another chance this week. And to my disbelief the salads in the chicken schnitzels are again NOT fresh. Also there is always inconsistency with the amounts of food being served. Today’s potions were 3/4 full and not only is it not to value, it it also not fresh. Very very disappointed.

I ordered a panini schnitzel but the crunchy friend chicken Schnitzel was soggy and limp. There also Wasn’t much in the panini. I was super keen but really underwhelmed.

Quite disappointed by Soul Origin Helensvale. Shocking approach (ignore me for almost 5minutes), Unplesant service (no smile, feel like annoying them!) and unprofessional (didnt talk to me at all, not even to ask if i needed sauce on my salad!).. It was the worst experience i had from this franchise!!!

I always go to helensvale soul origin but today was a horrible experience young girl with glasses couldn't even smile and when I ask avo chicken I got was all lettuce I ask for less lettuce more avo and chicken I got a face from her then when I went to scan my card I had to ask her if I had anything on there once again I got an attitude. And she goes ice mocha $6 you want it.just so rude. I be thinking twice coming back if she behind the counter.
