HITTIN’ THE GRILL

The food is freshly made and yummy. We had a huge order so it took a little longer to serve us but everything was delicious we had chicken and vegetarian both. They don’t have a lot of veggie options but the ones they have very delicious. I would highly recommend their parmesan and truffle chips and the ferrero rocher milkshake.

Such a good feed!! We got two deluxe smash burgers, the kids fish bites and chips, two of their signature thick shakes and the jerk chicken fries. They even bought the food out to us, so their service was very nice. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Would definitely make the trip back here again. We were really hungry so we spent just over $80 but 10/10!!!

So disappointed after reading so many great reviews. Burgers were sitting in hot box even though we were there before order was due to be ready. Had to wait on chips so by the time we got meal the lettuce was cooked and the chicken was cold. The works burger bun had soaked up all the sauce so very soggy. Would be a good idea to reduce menu and do it well instead of offering 100 things done poorly. The juice was perfect and i would drink it every day if I lived closer, cold pressed and organic.

Hittin the Grill at Helensvale is a seriously good feed. Proper American grill style menu, everything fresh on soft brioche buns with crispy chips and heaps of sauces to choose from. You can tell the food’s made fresh and not sitting around. They’re always adding new stuff too. The Nutella donut fries are unreal and definitely worth trying. Staff are cool, easygoing and the whole place has a great vibe. One of my go to spots locally

Came with my family. Burgers were amazing, freshly made and delicious. The pistachio thick shake was incredible! Tables were clean and the customer service was amazing. We will definitely come back!

We recently ordered takeaway from HITTIN’ THE GRILL in Helensvale and had such a fantastic experience! The staff were super friendly - genuinely above-and-beyond service, which you don’t see often these days. Is the food good? Yes! The Triple Smash Burger was one of the best I’ve had - juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavour. The loaded fries were crispy and addictive. What about drinks? My friend tried a few of the milkshakes and absolutely loved them, super creamy and refreshing! Unfortunately, I couldn’t have any because there were no vegan options available. Please, please, please consider adding at least one vegan-friendly option to the menu! It would make such a difference for those of us with dietary needs. Parking & Convenience? Yes, there’s easy free parking right outside and takeaway was super convenient. Our food was ready on time and packed perfectly. Any dietary options? They do have some vegan options and the staff were helpful, but a few more plant-based or vegan choices would be amazing, especially with how good everything else is! Located at 34-38 Siganto Drive, Helensvale, HITTIN’ THE GRILL is a must-visit for burger lovers, and I’ll definitely be back. Just hoping to see that vegan milkshake next time!
