Libby Reid Catering

Travelling on the Vinelander tour currently. Have food allergies and notified the organisers twice and they notified this catering company. My allergy to tomato and being lactose intolerant was clearly labelled on the box I received. The bland lunch was accompanied with a dark chocolate cherry and coconut bar, which not only should have set off alarm bells in the title of the bar alone but twice on the back stated it contained milk. Does this company after 25yrs not realise what the connection between lactose intolerance and dairy products means? Afternoon tea was a friande, I was told it was gluten free but it obviously contained dairy as other travellers pointed out. So once again, does this company understand the difference between gluten and dairy intolerances? One mistake can perhaps be forgiven, 2 in the one day not at all. The discomfort these errors could have caused me, especially when travelling, are unacceptable and I hope the company has the guts to acknowledge their mistakes and apologise for the stupidity of their ways in dealing with people’s health issues.

Exceptional catering! We are very grateful to Libby Reid and staff for catering our event. They took care of absolutely everything behind the scenes with zero hassle for us. The food was incredible, all of our guests were commenting on how delicious everything was and asking who our caterer was. Special thanks to Nicole who arrived early and went above and beyond with helping us set up the space and furniture. The service was absolutely flawless in every way!

We got a work lunch catered and it was just fab! Beautifully presented boxed lunches packed with a delicious baguette, salad, fruit and even a fresh homebake. It was delivered bang on time with a smile and the price was amazing. Thanks!

If there were more stars for Libby Reid Catering, we would give more. A big thanks to everyone involved with our wedding day!
