The help centre "doctor" as she calls herself told me to take a valium and lie down after she suggested the company "my cake is too small" for catering for my partners first board meeting. All though a smaller meeting I have ordered so much food and just wanted to top it off with 10 savoury and 10 sweet muffins, tea coffee and juices. I don`t really understand why she was so rude. Being attacked like that was really horrible. Just left me feeling down. I thought she was saying that the best place would be "cake to small" i looked it up and everything and when i asked is that the exact name she told me to take a vally and lie down??? serious weirdos at this place. Makes me glad I love my job and am not some creep behind a screen like that. EW.
I left 3 messages on 3 different days, with no call backs. Tried 4th time, got a rather unhappy man who told me he'd answered 132 effing calls today when I mentioned my unreturned messages. Was very snippy, and rude. Was mpre interested in an argument than getting my business. And being told 'Good riddance' after we established he couldn't provide what i needed sealed the deal. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not a word of sorry we didn't return your 3 messages, or sorry we cant help you...
Not even worth 1 star. Treat their customers extremely poorly. They will hang up in your face. Can't believe how bad their service is. If they can't handle a conversation they will probably spit in your food... Do not trust...
We had a small catering job required for 8 people. The response was "Good Luck". The phone call continued to deteriorate and got ruder and ruder. Unsure why you would be in business with this type of attitude
If I could give 0 stars I would. What a rude human being that I honestly cannot believe is still in business. I am speechless!!
