Attended a baby shower at Cronulla rsl in a private room. Lovely area and the food served by the club was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Great place to go.

Never felt more supported thought the event process. Exceeded all my expectations and I couldn’t ask for a better experience from start to finish.

Worst event planners there is in Sydney. Have run 10 events in 3 years with different people and they are the worst from day one they ask a lot of questions and request a lot but can not even provide simple welcome platters, drinks on the table, coffee service or even a hot main. Every main served was cold the guest said. And the thing that topped it off for us was; they only put plates if people were sitting down. Shout out goes to Terri who organised it (was not a help at all) and then to her manager/boss Steve Sid. I tried calling him to talk about it, and he blamed us for asking for a meet and greet (which we didn’t) and putting something on the table, and then he would not even want to talk about it but just hung up on me and told me if I want a refund or any money at all back, to call fair work commission (it like he has done this before). They also make you pay full payment before the event then once money goes through they stop answering or replying to calls and emails. Thank you !! Btw steve and team I would love to continue to talk about this you know who I am and have my number! Thanks!

Dealing with Steve at Catering HQ has been nothing but a pleasant experience. He is professional, attentive and has a positive can do attitude. Highly recommended A+++ Simon Meredith - plus on hold

worst catering event i ever dealt with. Everything is about money to them. Jessica is not professional. Made mistakes and always demand payments when the event was cancelled due to the govt's announcement. how was it our fault for not able to carry on with the event. if u ever want to hold functions, don't ever hold thru this company. no customer service. to them, everything has to payment first.
