Soft Sip Cafe is a gem! I was so impressed with the quality of the food – everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The coffee was perfectly brewed and a real treat. But what really stood out was the staff; they were all so welcoming and made my visit a pleasure. I'll definitely be back

I just want to say how much I love coming to this cafe, perfect place to work. Endless supply of coffees and lovely drinks made by their champion of a barrister Sammy! He’s so professional and welcoming every single time!

I’m really disappointed with this experience. I ordered a cloud matcha and was given a plain matcha instead. These drinks are expensive, and they even charge extra for the different milk, which I didn’t receive so I called right away hoping the issue would be fixed. When I explained the mistake, the employee responded with "oh no way, …………sorry," and then went completely silent. There was no offer to remake the drink, no refund, no store credit nothing. At the very least, I expected a sincere apology or some effort to resolve the issue. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just the correct drink or basic customer service. On top of that, the eggs Benedict came on gluten-free bread, which I did not order, and the chilli eggs with sujuk had the correct bread but it was stale and cold. This was especially disappointing after making the effort to drive and support the business. After several seconds of silence on the phone with no response, I had to hang up. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters and this was handled very poorly. I won’t be coming back they need to get rid of the Lebaneese woman answering the phone she has no basic English skills she speaks street not English.

Clean - The place was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Over-the-top service - The service was exceptional and went above and beyond expectations, providing an outstanding experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Good food - The food was delicious, well-prepared, and offered a variety of high-quality options to choose from.

Lovely family-friendly cafe! This place you will find amazing coffee (coming from a caffeine addict) and decent halal food, and friendly service! Absolutely love the contrast of the deep blue walls and soft pink sofas. It gives the place a unique charm. Furnitures are comfy but slightly oversized for the shop tbh. You can tell the cafe owner puts a lot of thoughts into it and did a great job decorating the place! The staff are friendly and lovely to talk to. This place is a must visit if you are in the area!

The staff are very nice, I was greeted instantly upon walking in. The service was also great and fast. The iced bueno with a shot of coffee was very tasty. However, for $11.16 (surcharge + the shot of coffee) it's just a bit too expensive for my liking. But I'm still glad I checked this place out! There is plenty of seating both inside and outside, and the atmosphere is really cozy.
