Ordered takeaway Sirloin steak, medium/ well done for my 3 year old. Had to cook it longer once we got home. Last time I asked for medium/rare for myself and I got medium/well done. It's so disappointing when you get home and you realise items are missing. Difficult to order online, you can't make any requests and if you phone up and order you don't get points.

Wow! Now I know why they sell out so quick for Christmas lunch, absolutely incredible buffet, a little bit of a tight squeeze especially getting a wheelchair through all the tables, but we thoroughly enjoyed our day, the dessert went super quick so we missed out on a few cakes but all good, we were so full and happy, will be back next year for sure, a massive thank you to the hard working chefs and staff, we really appreciated such a wonderful Christmas lunch!

WOW! Talk about putting the Belissomo in Bistro. The young waiter Wil Duffus along with the incredible expertise of the kitchen crew at the Fraternity clubbed turned a Saturday night dinner into something to remember. In a large booking for a colleagues birthday we ordered and with speed and precision we were served a diverse range of incredible food. Thank you again to Wil and the rest of the crew, I am excited to return soon!

Not sure where to begin. We were very excited to try the Christmas buffet at the Frat this year. It was by far the most disappointing experience we have ever had. Firstly, it was clear they had put no effort in. There was no Christmas decorations, no festive music or atmosphere. Secondly, the food was genuinely terrible with no labels, mystery meats, and seafood clearly left sitting out for hours (major food safety concern). Not enough serving utensils so people had to share between dishes—disgusting and unhygienic. Additionally, the buffet layout made no sense. Staff had to yell to help people navigate, completely disordered. To top it off, basic soft drinks and tea/coffee weren't even included in the already outrageous price. For the reputation The Frat has, I'm actually shocked that they thought this was ok. We expected a lovely Christmas lunch, instead got an unhygienic, over priced disaster.

Having heard good things about this place, I finally checked it out... large dining area, bustling with patrons and wonderful aromas of Italian cooking! Great for groups and families... and you can tell it must be pretty authentic food, by the number of Italian diners. The Pasta Bake was tastier than expected and the Grilled Mixed Seafood Plate was excellent!😋👌 Membership is only $12 for 3 years, which gets you discounts off all food (usually $2 per dish) and drinks. Plus there's the Daily Members Only Lunch Specials, where you get a bonus bread roll and cake!😉👍 They've also got a really cool-looking video games arcade for the young and young-at-heart!✌️😁✌️

I took some older friends for lunch at the club recently and we were greeted by two of the friendliest front reception staff I’ve ever met. They couldn’t have been more helpful with the check-in and were so kind and patient with my friends. One was a gentleman they call Smiley and the other a lovely lady—both were fantastic. We then had lunch in the Bistro, where the amazing service continued. It was so refreshing to experience such genuine friendliness and care. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you.

Definitely 5/5 stars! I wanted to take a moment to say a huge Thank you for the incredible experience we had during our recent family 50 th Birthday function on Sunday in the La Trattoria. The food was nothing short of amazing and your team's amazing cooking and dedication was the best. It was evident that the banquet we had and every dish was created with care, passion, reflecting a commitment to true excellence!! The amazing service was also amazing! It’s clear that your staff genuinely care about the customers, creating an atmosphere which felt like ‘home’ very warm and inviting. The entire event ran smoothly, and everything fell perfectly into place, making it one of the best functions that we have ever had! Thank you for making this occasion so memorable. We look forward to many more functions in the future, where we can once again celebrate the magic of your kitchen and the heart of your team. Cheers to many more unforgettable gatherings!
