Soul Origin Ellenbrook Central

Catering for around 50 at Whiteman park We ordered from the online catering selection for delivery in a 1h window on Valentine's day for a birthday party. The delivery came in the agreed time, well packed in perfect condition. The food was fresh and everyone at the party liked it. The salads were well balanced (chicken/pasta) and the sliders and wraps were good too. We ordered the recommended amount for 50 but if that is intended to properly feed everyone something extra is needed, in our case it was about 15kg of bbq. All considered, it was the right solution for what we wanted to do. Thank you Ellenbrook store for delivering good service and nice food.

Food was fresh and good! Mushroom truffle soup was flavourful! Had cold chocolate which was thick and smooth, not overly bitter. Not sure why the negative feedback on service but we received absolutely good service and warmth from the team.

customer service standards have gone down the drain. Went there around 3pm, 1 lady packing the salads for end of day deals, 3 ladies at the back. Went to the counter waiting for the lady to finish packing the food. She looked up at me and then decided to continue packing a new container. I said "hi can I please get this", not one "hi" or a gesture of welcoming. There were about 4 other customers waiting to be served and the other ladies could visibly see but decided that having their convos and washing up was more important than attending to the customers. I may be wrong but the phrase ‘customer service’ suggests "servicing customers". Do better.

Bought chicken and corn soup for lunch, it was cool and when we took it back, the girl just looked at us perplexed and didn't know what to say. We asked for it to be heated, which didnt really achieve much as it cam back cold. The manager came over, asked which soup, pointed out which one, she did something then walked away. There were no apologies or offer to give us our money back. Very disappointing as midland soul origin is so much better. Never going back.

$15.50 for half a bowl of pasta and salad with 5 very small pieces of chicken…

Not sure what has changed here but all, except one staff making the coffee, the staff aren't interested. Very disappointing as it used to be great service.

Standard shopping mall atmosphere with good service. My lack of satisfaction is with the hot drinks and prices. A large coffee is just shy of $7 and the 3 drinks we ordered were left there unfinished. The large mug only has two shots and was super milky so I asked the barista (I would expect 3x shots for the size) The long black wasn’t up to expectations either. The small latte was also super milky. All in all I would not recommend it if you’re after a tasty ‘coffee tasting’ coffee.
