We’ve worked with Maison Hospitality for two events at our Bondi Junction Hairhouse store — our Grand Opening in November 2024 and a VIP evening in September 2025 — and both experiences were fantastic. Val was a dream to work with: professional, friendly, and so on top of everything, as was Brian. The catering was delicious and beautifully presented, as were the personalised cocktails and their staff created such a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. They managed the flow of the events seamlessly, which made it stress-free for us. Our customers and VIPs had such a great time, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Maison Hospitality helped make both occasions really special, and we can’t wait to work with them again.

Valentin (Val) told us the story behind the menu -and the origins of the recipes - French but huge influence of Italian due to his distance relatives passing down recipes The food farm to table using everything possible from the Garden The long lunch was so , so long the service second to none - the conversations inspiring The food wines the experience the ambience the service will never be forgotten!!!
