The iron foundry is a weight lifting paradise , its got an old school feel with all the necessities needed for a proper work out !! Classes run almost daily i think so if it's a class you're looking for that can happen too !! When I'm back in dubbo I know exactly which gym I'm going back to ! Thanks for everything warwick

Fantastic CrossFit/strongman style gym in Dubbo that also has a IR Sauna and two Ice Baths! Out in Dubbo for work for the past 10 days, and was pleasantly surprised to find this gym on google maps just around the corner from where we were staying. Has everything you could possibly want or need for a good workout (more bars than Bangkok), and was fun to try out some of the strongman equipment (barrels, stones, yokes etc.) You can even deadlift a Holden Barina out the back if you want! Absolutely love the owners mentality and he was brilliant in doing us a great deal for the limited time we were here. Sauna and ice bath is a huge plus, and is available 24/7 with keycard access. Be aware that this is a functional fitness/strength style gym, so don’t expect to find machines or mirrors. This is the kind of gym that you go to to get a hell of a workout with like minded people, and I highly recommend at least checking it out.

Great gym absolute gem of a place, super friendly atmosphere. Came to Dubbo and had everything I needed, top quality equipment too. Owner Warrick was very accommodating and helpful

I’m really impressed with the gym ! The ice bath is a game changer for recovery, and the sauna is such a nice touch after a workout. The equipment is modern and well maintained Everything you could ask for, from weights to cardio machines. On top of that, the price is incredible for the value you get with the whole package. The staff are friendly too, which makes it even better. Very pleased with this place definitely worth checking out !

Awesome gym, the owner is friendly and welcoming, members are great and the gym has all the gear you could dream of catering to any strength sport including an insane range of strongman implements that we are extremely lucky to have access to in the Central West. Recovery setup with sauna, ice baths and compression boots is an added bonus too.

I was in Dubbo for work and reached out to a couple of gyms to train at. The Iron Foundry got back to me straight away and we’re able to meet me at the time I needed to train. They gave me a quick tour and let me do my own thing. Made it so easy for a drop in which is hard to find. The space was excellent with so many machines, strongman equipment, Olympic lifting equipment and a sauna and ice baths. As a CrossFit athlete, I was able to get my session done with no worries. I’ll definitely be going back 🙌🏼
