If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The amazing Felix catered for my friends wedding & it was a real highlight of the night. Felix was super friendly and truly passionate about his work...which definitely come thru in the delicious paella de pollo y marisco that he served up on the night! It took me back to Valencia where I last tasted amazing paella like this! I would definitely recommend Felix & the amazing crew at Paella Chef Catering Sydney & eagerly anticipate a time they will come to Brisbane! Muchisimas gracias!! 10/10!

We engaged Paella Chef Sydney Catering for a very significant birthday celebration. Felix & Bovi were extremely helpful in suggesting our menu. The day arrived with Felix & John setting up, the food was out of this world, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anybody wanting a brilliant paella ~ photos to come, they will make your mouth water with anticipation. Thank you for taking the worry out of our celebration, exceeded our expectations!

We had the Paella Chef cater our backyard engagement party and it was a huge hit! The Paella was sooo delicious, it was the best I’ve ever tasted and Felix and Maurizio are incredible chefs and such lovely people. They even offered their spare marquee when the weather was looking questionable. Everyone is still talking about how good the Paella was and they really enjoyed watching it being cooked! There was enough left over for a nice hangover brunch the next day. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate, I highly recommend booking them. Thanks so much for helping make our night wonderful and delicious! 💖

So delicious, so beautiful to watch, plenty of delicious food, easy to book and communicate with - perfect all round. 10/10 stars from us! We hosted 50 people for our 60th birthday party lunch at home and Felix's paella added a very special touch to a very special day. 100% the best paella ever and the THE best service. It was all too easy from the initial quote to the actual event. Santiago, turned up on time, set up an amazing outdoor kitchen and served delicious paella to 40 very satisfied guests. Would highly recommend for any event! Thank you for making my birthday celebration awesome!
