***Do not do business here. This business is a total scam. Bought what was supposed to be a stainless bench that turned out to be MDF with a stainless coat. Bench arrive totally mangled and when I requested a replacement, completely blocked me. Owner is a complete scam artist supplying factory rejects/junk as new items.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with the benches I ordered. Prices are super affordable and the quality is actually really solid. Everything feels sturdy and well made. Proper good value for money. Deff worth the price.

Awful experience start to finish. 1. No stock of item I purchased, was told would need to wait a further 4 weeks before stock arrived. No indication of stock levels on their website. 2. After waiting 4 weeks, the WRONG size bench was sent anyway. 3. Item arrived DAMAGED with broken off support struts that look like they were tack welded only. Zero compensation provided. Cheap, shoddy build quality. 4. Extremely poor, almost non-existent communication. I will NOT be doing business with them again and I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

I ordered some ss benches, sink and refrigerators. Great products and good service. Price is good too.

Please don't make any deals with this company. I bought items from them via Ebay and they were very bad and there is missing wheels and damage beanch. I left negative feedback back on ebay. But he told me that Please remove the feedback and I'll send you 6 wheels. I trusted him and I did removed the feedback and after that he didn't send me the wheels and he didn't answered my messages. Also the quality is very bad

This business/company is a scam! Description does not match item or look like the item, they use other businesses photos and sells you cheap made in India products, which are dirty and used. Missing parts, no manuals, not to mention zero replies back to emails or phone calls. No customer service whatsoever. They are on eBay, facebook marketplace, and kogan as well, beware of the business name.

Bought a few items from them- no issues with the stainless steel benches or trolleys that I purchased. I also bought the spray hose and knee basin and it turns out that they are not watermarked and they cannot be used for commercial purposes. When asked for a refund they will only do it if it’s in its original packaging but goes against the ACCC stating that it doesn’t not need to be in its original packaging unless there is a change of mind. Beware when purchasing any plumbing equipment from them. Their only response, is that they’re not a hospitality supplier but just an import company.
