We drove all the way from Tarneit and we were amazed by how good the food was. The sauces were an absolute banger, salad combo was v good. Beautifully managed, owner was fantastic, very clean place. Highly recommend.

Cha Cha Chicken is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the kitchen. Their fryers are spotless, and you can tell they take great care in every step of their food preparation. The fried chicken is perfectly flavourful and clearly cooked in fresh, clean oil. We also loved the coleslaw, which was refreshingly crisp and well-seasoned. The seafood salad was a delightful surprise, with fresh ingredients and a zesty kick. And don’t even get me started on their Cha Cha Sauce—it's simply amazing and ties everything together beautifully. If you love high-quality, delicious food in a clean and inviting environment, Cha Cha Chicken is a must-visit!

This used to be cha cha chicken but obviously sold and under new management, my discussion with the person that served me was , as long as you don't change your products for this area , you should do well. Obviously my words are irrelevant as a medium chips seems more like a small serve , the gravy is now a sticky brown which may be fine to some , but definitely noticable. I'm aware they have their own suppliers but making changes to what was once a good product is sure to put people off in the future , that is my experience with Hot Spot chicken 🍗

Definitely the best chicken and chip's in the area. The seafood is amazing and the Burger's are a must try. Salad selection is plentiful and taste great also. Can not go past how clean the shop is and the service was amazing. Definitely a must try if you're in the area. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

As cha cha chicken the food was great. But since the change of ownership the quality of the food has significantly declined. The chicken was dry. The chips were cold by the time I got home(2mins away) and no salt, the gravy was way too watery and the calamari and prawn pack, it was all batter very thick and very dry also. The pineapple fritters.., also very bad again super thick batter fried way too much and they're not putting any cinnamon on it anymore. Hot Spot Chicken has seriously dropped the ball on quality of the foods. Won't be going back there again, which is sad as its only around the corner.

Amazing food. The chicken is always so fresh and full of flavor. I am very fussy with where I buy chicken from - this place is hands down one of the best I’ve been to. Also the chips are unlike any you’ve tasted. Highly recommend.
