Lo! Upon entering that noble house, I was greeted not as a mere traveller, but as honoured kin returned from distant shores. The air was warm with mirth and gentle cheer, and the servants thereof bore themselves with grace and courtesy most rare in these hurried times. The feast! O, speak I of the feast! Each dish arrived as though crafted by the hands of Prospero himself—fair to behold, rich in savour, and so delicately seasoned that mine senses did rejoice in harmonious chorus. The meats were tender as a lover’s vow, the sauces deep and bold as a king’s decree, and the portions generous enough to gladden even Falstaff’s ample heart. Nor was the cup neglected. The drink did flow in merry abundance, bright and spirited, lifting the soul as larks at dawn. And sweet conclusion came in the form of dessert—a triumph so divine it might well tempt angels from their heavenly rest. In truth, the Piers stands as a beacon of hospitality upon the coast, where comfort and excellence walk hand in hand. Five stars I bestow without hesitation, and would that I possessed five more to give. Go forth and dine there, gentle reader, and thou shalt not depart disappointed. 🌟

I had a lovely night at the Pier Hotel, a very friendly welcome and a quiet, comfortable room. The pub is small, with a nice old-world vibe. Very good dinner in the Bistro, but if you're staying a while there are other options along the street. And it's just a short walk from the Coffs jetty and foreshore.

Great overnight stay – clean, convenient, and helpful staffI was passing through Coffs Harbour and needed a place to stay for the night. Ended up booking a room at the Pier Hotel last minute. While the price was a bit on the higher side (likely due to the late booking), I was really pleased with the experience. The room was spotless, very clean, and well-presented. Even though it had a shared bathroom, everything was maintained to a high standard. What stood out the most was the staff – they were very accommodating and made it easy for me to check in late without any hassle.Overall, a comfortable and convenient spot for a short stay.

Great value. Rooms were: Clean Tidy Medium space Affordable Staff: Friendly Helpful Had recommendations around town Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the water, close to lots of cafes, shops, etc. 2 thumbs up for the great price. It was beginning of February, and early week. Noise levels were low but I would understand a Friday or Saturday being noisy in the pub downstairs. People should expect that everywhere there is a pub on site. 🤷‍♂️

Great location, lovely spacious seating and a great atmosphere. Friendly team working the bar and a great selection of drinks. We had wanted to order from the specialists menu like all the signs but was informed at the bar that they weren’t doing specialist on the Thursday night. We had the arancini balls, chicken parmi and nachos. Arancini was lovely, the parmi was ok but the crumb was soggy, veggies and mash were awesome. The nachos were nice but too cold. Overall a nice place to have a drink and a meal. Drinks are well priced.

Shared bathroom is clean and tidy. Only one person at a time so you have full run of the bathroom when using it. Locked at all times so no one is able to use it when you have it 'engaged' which i liked as you don't have to worry about your belongings whilst showering.

Advertised as Boutique accommodation. We booked the Deluxe Queen room with private bathroom, $252 per night. After climbing 2 flight of stairs, we were horrified to find there was no air conditioning in room. Unforgivable in hot and humid Coffs Harbour! The ceiling fan did little to nothing to help. It was actually hotter in the room than outside. Couldn't open the only one small window either. Unacceptable, at the rate they charge. Other than that, bed was comfortable, room was clean and hotel staff, amazing.
