Wonderful selection of sweet and savoury bread, pastries and cakes. Some flavours are authenticly Chinese, especially the chilled desserts. Great place and reasonable prices.

Management should consider waiving box/bag fee, especially when customer buy 10 little pastries $2.30each (not cheap). How else are we to maintain the quality of your food and actually enjoy it when they are placed in plastic bag and all crumbly by the evening when I'm going to serve it for tea ? Charging 15c for a small flat box to enjoy your little pastry already dampen my experience in your store. And 10c for your plastic bag as well IN cabramatta ! You're not the type of business I'd visit again nor recommend.

I ordered a taro cake for Mother’s Day. It was incredibly stale and dry. The pudding layer was still frozen! The cream on the top was squished against the box when I picked it up. For $109 I expected a lot more. Would never buy from bread top again

for the cashier to have a bad day and take it out on their customer is so rude. i’ve came here for decades and i don’t know who the new lady is but will not be coming back. to stress call for back up there is other ways she could’ve spoken to me

I was disappointed with the cake I received—it was dry and lacked freshness. For $120, I expected a much higher quality product. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be ordering from Breadtop again.

Fresh bread every time. Good selection of pastries. But staff are not friendly. So I only give them a midrange rating.

Bought a cake worth $42, only to get something so garbage. It was such a disappointment. It’s almost like just a big round whipped cream, I barely get to enjoy any sponge and baked cake. The sugar was concentrated like no one even bother mixing it. The one star is for the customer service. As the worker was nice, but definitely not getting any cake here again. Tiramisu flavour cake by the way.
