Restaurant staff and bar staff were great and very friendly, especially Jesse (I think his name was). Food was delicious. It’s quite loud dining inside and will ask to be outside next time. Gaming staff not very happy behind the counter serving people doing Keno. Could not even smile or say hello. ATM Machine always plays up with the tap feature and I was not able to get money out again to play the pokies - I guess I saved money 😂
The front counter lady was friendly and welcoming on arrival. The sports bar staff were also friendly and made drinks quickly. Unfortunately, the café staff were not very inviting and gave the wrong table number to the kitchen, which resulted in meals being delivered to the incorrect table. The carbonara lacked flavour, and no salt on chips, however the friendly staff member out the front helped make up for the experience.
It’s hands down my favourite spot for meetings. The space is welcoming and relaxed, but still professional enough that you feel like you can settle in and get things done. The coffee is consistently perfect - and the food is delicious. What really makes this place special is the girls in the café. They are genuinely some of the most helpful and accommodating people you’ll come across. Nothing ever feels like a hassle. Whether it’s shifting tables around, keeping the coffees flowing during a longer meeting, or just remembering the little details, they go above and beyond every single time. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel valued, not just served. I’m a regular, and I’ve been impressed on every visit. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets it right so consistently, and they absolutely do.
Food was lovely, although we waited almost an hour for our food. When we enquired about the wait we were told there was a 40 minute wait on orders. Nobody advised this when ordering. Understand Friday nights can be busy, would of been nice to have been told first up when ordering
Absolutely have loved this club since I discovered it. However this past Saturday i went to the Chinese buffet and took my father. The staff all looked miserable, were less than pleasant When the food was served on your plate it was at a half spoon like you were limited, food that was self serve was barely refilled the food itself was less than average. Then there was our table being cleared after our first plate so upon returning to our table we had to source cutlery and everything else that should have been on the table. I was contemplating the Xmas lunch this year However if this buffet was anything to go by I think I shall refrain.
The specials were sensational, we had the Ribs and chips alongside kids meals. Price vs portion size, they were pretty good. The kids meals I feel are slightly too expensive for what they are. You can get the same meal deal at other clubs for $12 and under. The kids corner needs some serious attention. I have never seen a kids corner so dirty and run down. From the game machines not having handles to the colouring in table being filthy and pencils all broken. There needs to be some things to cater for younger children under 8s and the cleanliness needs some attention. It was great to try this club. 😀
We actually walked out saying how great all the staff were. Considering how busy the day was, we could not fault any of the staffs customer service, food or the amenities. By the way, this photo was taken by one of your lovely staff members Thank you and keep up the great work 😁
