We travelled to the Gold Coast in January from Melbourne, helping our daughter to move up for work. We contacted Will a few days before we got there to ask if he could do a dinner for 7 while we were there, as a surprise for my husband as it was his birthday. Will was truly amazing, he managed some difficult dietary requirements and served a delightful caramelised onion and tomato tart followed by a beautiful shoulder of lamb, a range of roasted vegetables along with salads and two vegetarian meals. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. He stayed to make sure we knew what we were doing and didn’t ruin his carefully prepared meal. His knowledge of food and cheerful personality made the whole experience most enjoyable. We would definitely use his service again when we return north.

Will and Chris catered a great catch-up for old friends. Amazing food - better than we could have hoped. And Will adapted the menu and presentation brilliantly to cater for the casual nature of the day. Seriously good.
