Master Karachi Biryani

Portion size was immaculate, beyond expectation. The chicken biryani was cooked to perfection. The meal was Devine, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Most of the people are unaware of technical formate of Biryani.No doubt the quality of Rice and flavour of spice is impressive but the texture is severely dry. It should have bit juicy and slightly oily texture. I am also a chef and suggesting very basic factors to improve your biryani. If you make a more rich masala of goat meat your biryani will have a juicy effect. Which is very important. Regards.

Absolutely amazing biryani! The flavour is rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced — not too spicy, not too oily, just proper Karachi-style taste. The chicken pieces were tender, the rice was fragrant, and every bite had that classic biryani aroma you expect but rarely get these days. Portion size is generous, packaging was neat, and the food arrived fresh and hot. Easily one of the best biryanis I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

Just tried Master Karachi Biryani and it was a standout. The goat biryani was seriously amazing — rich, authentic flavour and super satisfying. The service was friendly and on point, and the new restaurant feels clean, professional, tidy, and really well presented. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be back.

This is our go to place for Biryani. The taste is so authentic and quantity very generous. We used to visit their Mt. Gravatt one but since that is closed, we came back to their truck. Had chicken and goat biryani along with raita. Service was very efficient. Kiran did well managing everything single handedly. Highly recommended but please visit early as biryani do get sold out specially chicken one.

I recently tried Master Karachi Biryani, and the food was absolutely delicious! The biryani was full of authentic Karachi-style flavours, perfectly spiced, and very satisfying. The samosa chaat was also amazing—crispy samosas topped with fresh chutneys and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality and effort in their food. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Pakistani/Indian street food!
