This place is absolutely the best around, superb flavours and perfectly prepared foods. Incredibly friendly and prompt service.

Very good Lebanese pizza, tasty and delicious. They made a mistake by not making a large pizza but gave me 2 mediums to make up for it. We were served by all women; not sure if this is the case all the time but nice to see a woman run restaurant.

By far the tastiest and freshest pizza I have ever had. You can tell they put a lot of love in their food. We got the Meat Deluxe Pizza and Zataar Manooshie and it was *chefs kiss*.

AMAZINGGG.. i had one of the freshest, tastiest and succulent pizza in sydney. the owners are really chill and you get your order really quickly. i ordered a peri peri chicken pizza with pepperoni and it was delicious. a gem of a place. totally recommended. 9.5/10

(3.5 stars) Ooshie Bakehouse is a Lebanese bakery set in the mostly unreconstructed shopping strip around Bexley North railway station. It’s a woman-centric business set up to create manoosh (flatbread that’s crispy on the outside, slightly chewy inside, and topped with fragrant za'atar) in the traditional way their tetas (grandmothers) showed them. This Lebanese street food is usually eaten folded for breakfast. We popped in for lunch and had our manoosh in the form of two pliable wraps, each nicely presented on brown-paper covered wooden boards. The freshly made za’atar cream cheese wrap ($9) really allowed you to taste the spice dusted base against fresh tomato, mint, onion, cucumber, olives ant cream cheese. The house speciality, the Ooshie ($9), is a bit more hectic. It teams sujuk (spicy sausage), lightly cooked mushrooms, mozzarella, onion, spring onion and olives with a drizzle of labne. There’s a lot going on but it works. Even the drink range in this orderly, clean bakehouse decorated with an olive tree and plastic plants, goes beyond the usual suspects. The Juice World lemon fruit juice drink ($4) is a nice match for the cuisine.
