Had a wonderful Experience. I hosted my business Christmas party here and the host was really helpful. She made sure everything goes as we wished. The escape rooms were so much fun and entertaining. We also tried VR Gaming and had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend the place for hosting parties or just to have some fun with friends or family. Thank you for catering our service.

We had an amazing time doing the Prison Escape room at Escape Reality Berwick! The room design was realistic, with lots of attention to detail that really made it feel like we were actually planning a jailbreak. The puzzles were clever and challenging without being frustrating — they required teamwork, communication, and some creative thinking. There were plenty of surprises along the way, and the ending was especially fun and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving hints at the right moments without spoiling the experience. It was clear they genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Overall, it was a fantastic group activity — perfect for friends, families, or even a date night. We’ll definitely be back to try the other rooms! We ended up trying their virtual reality game as well and it was very immersive unfortunately it stopped working in between. But the girls were kind enough to give us another date to come back and try it.

First timers here, had a fantastic morning here. So much fun. Staff are awesome! We got stuck with a few clues & with a few tips we managed to complete the task. Definitely will do the other rooms.

Excellent place. The host is great. Facility is very nice. Rooms arent too big so you dont waste time looking at non important things. Enjoyed the bank heist room. This is the easiest the room of the lot and it felt easy. Puzzles are well balanced between easy to medium difficulty. Good challenge for experienced as well as newbies.

We had such a fantastic time at Escape Reality in Berwick! There are so many awesome rooms to choose from, and each one is cleverly designed, challenging, and heaps of fun. Our whole group was buzzing afterwards. The team were super accommodating from start to finish—friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to make our experience the best it could be. They even let us play a few tricks on the other group we came with, which made the whole adventure even more hilarious and memorable. Highly recommend for groups, families, or anyone who loves a good challenge and a good laugh. We’ll definitely be back to try more rooms! 🔐🎉

Mel and the rest of the staff were so wonderful to deal with. The escape Room and the party room were just what we needed to make my daughter's birthday really special. We can't wait to come back to explore the other escape rooms they have!

It was a really good place to host a birthday party, we did 2 escape rooms. It did challenge them but it was fun and they loved it. The people who accommodated the children were incredibly kind as well, Mel is very friendly and reliable. Highly recommend 👍
