Amanda was our personal chef for our intimate wedding and we couldn’t recommend her enough! From our very first conversation, everything was absolutely seamless. The menu was beautifully curated, perfectly tailored to our tastes, and executed to perfection. Every dish was not only delicious but presented so beautifully. Our guests are still talking about the food weeks later — it truly elevated our entire wedding experience. The professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free, which is priceless on such an important day. We eloped at Hideaway Cottage in Apollo Bay and Amanda came out and cooked us the most beautiful meal! She was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish and every detail was curated with such thought and care. Even down to the table setting, which was absolutely magical! She gave us plenty of options for our menu. Amanda is so talented and the loveliest person, we would highly highly recommend!!
