Lady Banks Rooftop

Had a fabulous High Tea experience yesterday at Lady Banks with friends. The berry blossom cocktail was beautifully presented in a teapot and so refreshing on a hot day. The 9 course high tea was fresh, delicious and well worth the price. We ended up staying for Happy hour as our husbands had arrived so ordered the oysters, octopus, pasta and scallop dishes. All were fresh, cooked to perfection, and delicious. Only fault we found was how loud the music was especially inside. Would we return? Absolutely as the staff were so friendly, hard working and polite.

Really enjoy coming to Lady Banks. The food is always fresh and delicious with good portions. The staff are amazing, especially Hami. The drinks are great and atmosphere is very pleasant. The views are great if you’re lucky with the weather. Definitely recommend going there for a relaxed dinner and drinks with friends or as a venue for a special occasion.

Had a great evening at Lady Banks Rooftop in Bankstown. The vibe up on the rooftop is fantastic, especially once the lights come on, and it’s a great spot for a relaxed catch up or a date night. Drinks were well made and the menu had plenty of choice. Service was friendly and generally on point, even with the place getting busy. The only reason it’s not five stars is that it can get pretty loud and a bit crowded at peak times, so it’s not always the easiest spot if you’re after a quieter chat. Still, a really enjoyable night overall and I’d happily go back.

We went to Lady Banks to celebrate our 8th anniversary, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was amazing—especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. As first-time parents, life has been really busy, so this was a last-minute decision—but Staff Nam made it truly special for us. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of "Happy Anniversary" written on our dessert plate. My wife absolutely loved the pasta and has been craving it ever since! We had a wonderful experience overall and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!

Had a lovely Valentine’s dinner. We had Angelina welcome us and serve usShe is always friendly and cheerful. She arranged a few substitute items on the set menu with no trouble.

This place suffers an identity crisis. Can't tell if it is trying to be upscaled fine dining (as the venue space and prices suggest) or casual (due to no table ordering service besides on phones, and 'shared meals'). Servers are friendly, atmosphere is nice and drinks are made very well. However the food simply doesn't make sense. Ordered the 1kg Steak and Fries which was supposed to be made for 2-4 people. The photos on the me&u menu certainly were misleading as we were just given a giant bone with some meat and small bowl of chips for a big price. Plus it was cooked closer to well-done when we asked for medium-rare. It just could've filled 1 of us up and we got it for 3 people. This steak came out AN HOUR after we received calamari, so we sat with nothing during this time. So poorly executed, it's a shame because we would love an alternative to city rooftop bars and pubs. Other food is nice though.

I have been here on several occasions, really hoping that the next time might be better. The atmosphere is dull, ive been to funerals with more energy. The music is boring. The staff look like they would rather be anywhere else and are unapproachable and unfriendly. They don't even smile when you walk in, roll their eyes and look inconvenienced when you don't have a booking. Mind you the entire restaurant was empty! One every single occasion! The whole outdoor area is amazing yet barely used! Their bottomless brunch was a joke. $79pp We had 3 of us there During the 90min service we got 2 glasses of wine each 1 plate of everything on the menu to SHARE between 3 people!!! If I knew I would have to share one plate of food between 3 people we would not have got that deal. Such a waste of space. Could be managed 1000x better
