They have great product range and MOST of which is ON display top for easier access. Pricing is decent too. Great service from team, especially Sahar at the front desk. Ample parking too Areas of improvement (hence 4*) 1. Not open on Weekends 2. Refund / change of mind policy has 12.5% Restocking fee. Would encourage people to buy without fear and save their trips, if free refunds were there. 3. You could have a consulting service too where experts can visit the businesses and recommend products and solutions. Thanks

Our first purchase was a large bench to hold our pizza oven - we were so impressed with the quality and service that we just purchased another smaller cupboard also for use in our undercover outdoor cooking area. Zero complaints! Top quality product and super helpful staff who assisted in getting our purchases interstate. Will not hesitate in buying from Brayco again 👍

I visited your store last week and experienced extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. A staff member was on a video call, speaking loudly, and when I asked for assistance, I was told to look for the item myself. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. I purchased six chairs. While assembling them, I found that one chair had the wrong screw head and could not be assembled. I returned to the store and explained the issue. Staff checked the item and confirmed that it had likely been packed incorrectly by the store. Despite this clearly not being my fault, I was told that the chair could not be replaced without a warranty check and that only the manager could approve an exchange. I was then asked to wait around 30 minutes because no one could assist me without managerial approval. Only after a long and unnecessary delay did the staff receive an email and finally replace the faulty item. While the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of accountability, poor staff attitude, and inefficient process made this an extremely frustrating experience. I expect better customer service and basic problem-solving, especially when the error is clearly on the store’s side.

Online order Ordered more than 10 days ago and after calls and emails to reach them, they said the order would be dispatched soon. Buy somewhere else.

I am regular customer but I won’t come back again. On 19th Feb 2025, the staff (the Caucasian staff) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t care and he doesn’t want any business at all. He used all his word to humiliate me. I want to buy 40 chairs but they don’t welcome at all. Feel so sorry for their boss and owner. You lost more than one regular customer because I will tell all my business friends don’t come to you any more.

There was a problem with my first order, it was damaged, the Braco staff were amazingly helpful and got me another one asap, they really are excellent at customer service and the prices were great too, I’ll happily buy from them again.

These people are so accomodating. The bar stools were suburb quality, very solid and looked great , but we had a faulty one, issue was resolved was no trouble to resend a new item. The staff are very friendly and helpful, customer service is A+. Highly recommend!
