The Sacred Nest

I reached out to Cynthia at The Sacred Nest when my 12 year old daughter was experiencing extreme anxiety and school refusal; missing almost a year of school. Cynthia recommended a five day Sound Healing Course with other support implemented. I was slightly skeptical, but know how passionate and qualified Cynthia is. Our first visit played out as expected, with difficulty getting my daughter to leave the car. Cynthia asked me to remove myself from the situation and took control in her gentle way. I can tell you, within five sessions and maintenance sessions on a weekly basis, which my daughter was eager to do, I was in disbelief at her progress, and she was enjoying the time spent with Cynthia at the sacred nest. My daughter, who would not leave the house or allow me to go anywhere, was facing her fears. Her school could not see her returning, but she can’t get there fast enough nowadays. I also engaged other support, but Cynthia personally made a significant impact to my daughter’s day to day functioning. She is very compassionate, extremely patient and very experienced managing the whole person. If you are interested call her for clarity. The Sacred Nest is a beautiful inner city sanctuary that boast calmness and relaxes the senses with so much attention to detail from the natural native sensory garden that welcomes you to the carefully selected colours and materials that represent the key environmental elements, the perfect backdrop to run my weekly Peaceful Kids and Peaceful Parent Classes and workshops. Thank you Cynthia for creating this amazing special place for our community , a holistic haven that will compliment all services that promote health and well-being.
