I purchased my wedding dress from Jayleen Bridal, and it was truly the most magical experience from start to finish. The moment I tried it on, I knew it was the one. The fit was perfect, the details were breathtaking, and I felt like an absolute princess on my special day. Sharon was so kind, patient, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Sharon understood my vision perfectly and helped me find a gown that reflected exactly how I wanted to feel elegant, confident, and emotional all at once. Jayleen Bridal House has beautiful dresses. They were giving away their bridesmaid dresses earlier this year, and I was lucky enough to be able to obtain a beautiful one for my high school formal. It had to be tailored, and the person who tailored my dress did a wonderful job. It fitted me perfectly, was very comfortable and beautiful, and stood out during the night of the formal. Jayleen Bridal House overall had wonderful service, and very caring, friendly and passionate staff. I would highly recommend this store.

I cannot thank Jayleen Bridal House enough for fixing my dress!! I brought my dress from another store and it ended up being an absolute disaster due to the store incorrectly measuring me. I came to Jayleen Bridal almost in tears looking to buy a new dress as I was told fixing it would be too hard. Rosie was so incredibly lovely and told me to go get my dress and see what they good do for me. Without hesitation, they jumped on board to help get the dress fixed. Chantel did an absolute AMAZING job recreating the entire bodice of the dress, adding straps, hemming, and a bustle. A dress that I once looked at with sadness, now felt like my own. I felt so pretty and finally ready to be a bride! Everything from the new bodice to the bustle was just perfect. Thank again to Rosie for her amazing customer service, I felt so at home with her with the way she took care of me! Thank you to Chantel for your amazing work on the dress, I could not of asked or better, you truely did an amazing job! And thank you Bushra and Ali for your assistance and help along the journey, so lovely, kind and professional ❤️
