I found out about Bridal Secrets through my husband‘s boss. I got my wedding dress from Bridal Secrets and they were incredibly helpful. I believe my first appointment was with Donna who helped me find my dream dress, she literally brought me to tears, which I did not think was possible. I had Arma who worked with me for my first fitting and Gladys who is organizing for my dress to be dry cleaned boxed and fixed up after the big day. I can’t recommend the Bridal Secrets team enough. They are incredible. They really know how to make you feel like you are the most special person in the room. 🤍

My sister found her DREAM wedding dress today at Bridal Secrets. Gladys was so attentive, patient and understood exactly what my sister was looking for. She was generous with the number of dresses Kate could try on to ensure she was 100% in her decision when she said YES to the dress (which was the FIRST one she tried on!). Great experience. We cannot wait to see my beautiful sister in her dress on her wedding day.

5 star rating for Gladdes AKA MamaG!! We came yesterday for our 12pm appointment for one of my cousins looking for a dress and she said YAASSS with the help of Gladdes (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). She made my cousin feel so comfortable during the whole process of finding HER dress! She knew what she was doing & went far and beyond in our appointment to ensure that whatever crazy requests we had that she could accommodate for. She was transparent throughout the whole process and told us there were no hidden fees and everything that was included which we loved! What separates Bridal secrets from other bridal boutiques is that they don’t go by dress size but rather they accommodate to body size which is impressive especially with everyone being different sizes and really advocating inclusiveness!! Thank you Gladdes for being amazing during our appointment we loved every bit and my cousin Lesieli thoroughly enjoyed it too!!

Booked an appt at this store for my bridal fitting. I want to start by saying I am a bigger bride. Gladys was the lady fitting me. I had an awful experience. I tried on the first 2 dresses and was not overly impressed as she was not listening to what I wanted. My bridal party attempted to lead the dresses in the right direction however this was not listened to at all. She was only interested in a sale. She then proceeded to get dresses that were far to small, when they would not go over my bust and I was advising her I was uncomfortable she proceeded to sign, shake her head and roll her eyes. I was visibly upset as she made me feel so insecure, my mum stepped in to advise her I was feeling overwhelmed and self conscious which she followed with a laugh. She then picked up another dress after we stated we were finished and said "just hold it in front of you because you won’t fit into it" and "maybe your bridesmaid should try it on for you so you can see" so unprofessional and belittling. Would not recommend this place at all if you are a plus size bride please steer clear. I understand the display dresses only come in certain sizes but this was beyond a joke.

MASSIVE thank you to Gladys at Bridal Secrets for listening to what I was looking for and the first dress she picked was THE ONE! I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. We were greeted with champagne and snackies upon arrival with such a great vibe compared to any other place! The dresses are absolutely beautiful, amazing prices and GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I still cannot believe the first dress Gladys chose for me was everything I have ever dreamed of. My sister also unexpectedly found her dream dress that she has not been able to find anywhere! Thank you a million times for your help and making today so special x

We would like to give a big thank you to Gladys and all the staff at bridal secrets for listening to us,we came in not knowing really what we would like and what would suit ,but wow!! First dress was love,love,love it,then we continued trying on more dresses,but the first one was it!! Thank you Gladys for your help, my daughter tried dresses ,veils and even flower bouquet,she was so excited and so was i with little tears of joy on how beautiful my daughter looked.🙏 She was happy to say!!! Yes to the dress!! Again thank you Gladys and team❤️

Easily the best experience I've ever had in a bridal store! They were so accommodating, friendly, and professional! They listened to my sister-in-law's vision and found the perfect dress... the first go! We were welcomed with Champagne and little chocolates, and they welcomed my little 1-year-old so warmly! I would recommend this to ANY bride-to-be! Big shout out to Gladys for being the best attendant.
