City View Motel Warwick

We stayed overnight at this motel recently. The motel is a little dated with brown internal walls so was quite dark|However the amenities were good and we had a peaceful night's sleep. Friendly reception staff.

Lee was a fabulous host....very funny and lot of stories to tell..aiircon and fan on when we arrived....room was very clean and bed was so comfy...linen was high quality...all round highly recommended 😀

Very basic motel. No bedside lamps make it difficult to see at night. EV chargers on site do not work. No chargers working in Warwick. Would not stay here again

This motel chosen as two other places preferred were booked out. However we were there two nights and very impressed. I knew about the position and possible traffic noise close to the highway but thought I would just stay and see how bad it could get. I'm a light sleeper. Bed was comfy and it's a warm room. Double glazed windows so for me noise no issue.||Surprisingly, fresh milk in a screw top jar provided. Wifi good, TV fine. Very clean. Good cupboard space. Great reading lamps.||Extras like hand wash and toilet deodoriser spray. Shower with strange dodgy taps hard to regulate and no water pressure. Yet once I mastered the temperature water was hot but like showering under a tap. It did become too hot so would be dangerous for the disabled or elderly. ||Only thing off putting was the presentation of the woman in reception. Terrible broken false teeth with bad breath, greasy unkempt hair. I think appearance of front counter staff could be improved by attention to hygiene. Regardless of that would I stay here again? Yes most definitely.

Such a lot of thought went into everything at this motel. The manager was very friendly and welcoming. There were bath robes provided, face cleansing pads, biscuits , squeegee for cleaning the car window, you could access U Tube on the Tele, internet was good. It felt a lot more warm and pleasant than many others that we have stayed in . The thoughtful extras meant a lot. We can highly recommend. Thank you. Jean and Steve UK

Fantastic value for money. Although the motel is right on a busy road there was very little if any noise. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. |The room exceeded my expectations for the price. Hot shower, comfy bed, table & chairs, microwave & toaster and a comfy lounge to chill out on. And undercover parking for each room which was handy.|Will definitely be back in the future with family as a stopover point.

There was a friendly warm welcome from Debbie when we arrived after a long day on the road. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Despite being on the main road into town there was practically no traffic noise at all. The room and the well appointed bathroom were spotlessly clean and I loved having a shower head that could be hand held as well as used overhead. The shower was hot and strong - just perfect. When we left, Gary gave us a cheerful goodbye. What a great motel this is with its care and attention to service and the comfort of guests.
