Big W Warwick is a fantastic store with great service and a wide range of products. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help you find what you need. Limited range compared to other locations, no photo lab anymore, redesign of cosmetics/toiletries section has made access more difficult, especially for a wheelchair. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, there are a few that don't make you feel valued or welcome though.
I went to Big W today to purchase a phone, and the staff behaviour was shocking. I politely said, "Excuse me, ma’am," and she responded, "Can’t you see me with cartons of things?" and then rolled her eyes at me. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No one should be treated like this while trying to shop. Because of this experience, I left without buying anything. Big W urgently needs to train their staff on basic courtesy and customer service.
Went into the store to browse some items. Was appalled at the audacity of an employee to approach me and accuse me of stealing a drink, which I had previously purchased at Woolworths. Extremely shocked and disappointed, an accusation with no grounds without firstly greeting me.
Today not 1 but 2 lovely Big W ladies really helped me out. Saved me over $20 and helped me with tech stuff because I have poor vision. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks Michelle and the other lady (forgotten the name)
Some staff are helpful but unfortunately some are not. It is nice to be greeted as you enter the store. It is also nice for staff members to offer help or have eye contact with customers walking down the isles or trying to find something
