Went to this store with my sister to try on dresses for her wedding and it was honestly such a cold and unwelcoming experience. The only good thing about the store was the affordable dresses. The lady in the store was concerned about hygiene and makeup (which some of the trial dresses were ripped and had makeup on them and looked like they hadn't been dry cleaned in a while) and seemed like she didn't want to let her try on dresses and wasn't very helpful at all, my sister was trying one on and the lady rudely says "you'll definitely ruin the dress" when she GENTLY tried to zip the zip a little bit. For such a memorable first day of trying on wedding dresses it was really unfortunate and disappointing, really put a damper on the mood and our excitement. A smile also wouldn't hurt.

My partner and daughter had a bad experience with customer service. The staff member (on the weekend) was rude and not helpful, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

So happy with my dress purchase! Jo was very knowledgeable about what would suit me and so helpful with advising about local dressmakers for the alterations. I felt like a million dollars in it, as a mother-of- the-groom.

I've only gone twice, but both times were horrible. The first was due to the people I went with, so there was no fault there. But the second time I went with my best friend, who is getting married, and another friend. The woman manning the store was outrageously rude. She was unwelcoming, cold, and useless. On entering when my friend asked about trying on dresses, the woman went into a speech about how you have to be freshly showered and have no make-up on, as if she suspected we were unhygienic. She wouldn't show us to dresses that fit, even after we specifically asked for help. She almost hit my other friend, who WAS wearing make-up, in the face with a dress, after making such a big deal about not gettingmake-upon the dresses. No acknowledgement, no apology, not a care in the world. The woman did not even smile once. My friend was so excited to try on dresses, and this rude woman ruined her day. I was appalled. Needless to say I'll never be back, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with such an unprofessional person.
