The owner (sorry I didn’t get her name) was very accommodating. She gives you choices by showing you the outfits in her ipad. Then she made my try a few. She listened to my concerns. I will definitely buy again ❤️❤️❤️

I ordered a kurta on 24th September because I needed it by 7th October for an event. I even received a confirmation from the store saying delivery within Melbourne would take up to 10 days. However, instead of dispatching it from their Melbourne store, they shipped it from Sydney, which made no sense. My package got stuck in NSW for over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, all I received were vague replies like "we’ll check" or "we’ll update you" — but they never actually did. Even during the refund process, the store had no idea whether I had received the parcel or what was happening with the shipping company. Meanwhile, I kept getting multiple inquiry emails from Sendle, which was extremely annoying and stressful. This store is very irresponsible and refuses to admit their mistake. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from them — poor communication, zero accountability, and a frustrating experience overall.
