We had such a great experience having my engagement ring designed and made by Pierre. The whole process was incredibly seamless from start to finish, and we felt really confident in the quality and care that went into the ring. The final result is absolutely beautiful. The diamonds sparkle so amazingly and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The ring is even more stunning than I imagined and I get compliments on it all the time. We were also really impressed with the value for money. The quality of the diamonds and the finished ring exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear a lot of attention to detail went into making it. After the devastating loss of my original engagement ring, my husband and I visited Pierre Diamonds. Pierre and his team were incredible, reconstructing my ring from just photos and setting details. They were also incredibly helpful in accommodating the slight changes and upgrades I envisioned for my new ring, including a switch from a Platinum to a Gold band and an increase in carat size. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed, even receiving a 3D model of the design for approval before the ring was crafted. When the ring was ready, the team promptly resized it to perfectly fit my slightly changed hand size. I am absolutely in love with my new ring and so grateful we chose Pierre Diamonds. I now have a very positive association with my ring, replacing the devastation of losing my previous one. Pierre also provided all the necessary paperwork swiftly, allowing us to insure the ring immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend Pierre Diamonds for any jewellery needs and will certainly be returning for a new wedding ring to match my beautiful new engagement ring. 5/5 stars!
