My first experience with GS diamonds was creating my own engagement ring - Maria made the entire process feel easy and stress free as well as ensuring I was informed every step of the way - I am absolutely thrilled with my ring and the work the production team did to ensure it was perfect. My second experience with Maria and the team at GS diamonds has been just as fantastic as the first! The team over the last few months has been helping me to create an absolute masterpiece engagement ring for a close friend and I couldn’t be happier with how the process has gone. The whole experience from start to end was extremely professional and pleasant. We had a consultation with Lydia and she ensured it was within budget and did not push for anything more, all whilst taking the time to pick the perfect diamond that met the criteria we were looking for. I am thoroughly impressed with the detail and design of my wedding ring. It made the whole experience so much more magical! The workshop team worked really well in designing the perfect ring. The staff here are so amazing from the consultation to finally getting the ring made and helped make the process so easy! Purchased an engagement ring from GS Diamonds Sydney store. Ruby was very helpful and patient discussing options with us, and making sure we got the engagement ring that we wanted. Quality of the ring was also fantastic. We had tried some other ring shops in Sydney but they were much more restrictive on the styles and types of rings they were able to make, compared to GS Diamonds. Overall, would highly recommend GS Diamonds.

I had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring from GS Diamonds. I dealt with Lynsey, who was extremely helpful and responsive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Lynsey took the time to send through multiple diamond options, answered my questions clearly, and kept me updated at every step. When we made a few adjustments to the setting, she explained everything in detail and made sure I was happy before giving production the go-ahead.
