Will's Nails Sunbury

This is my second time coming here and I’ve had the same lady twice. She was incredible both times! I’d love to know her name so I can get her everytime. I showed her an inspo photo and she did it very similar , and if anything did it better than the photo. Love how sweet all the staff are. Would love to come back and be with the same lady! Would definitely recommend this place

I’m absolutely disgusted by my recent visit to this nail salon. Not only was I charged for acrylic nails on my two toenails, which I never got, but the service was beyond appalling. The technician literally only put gel on my nails (which is not acrylic) and then had the nerve to charge me for acrylics—a complete rip-off! To make matters worse, when I noticed the gel on my nails (not acrylic) and pointed it out, the manager insisted that another staff member saw me get the acrylics done. Why the hell would I lie about something like that?! It’s not like I was trying to get something for free—I just wanted what I paid for. If I had gotten acrylics, trust me, it wouldn't look this ugly and short. Seriously, this job looks terrible, and I’ve attached a photo so you can see for yourselves. I even took my shoe off in the salon to show the manager that I could clearly feel the gel, but she was completely unhelpful. I also asked them to check the cameras to verify, but of course, they refused. Shocker, right? On top of that, they don’t even change their tools or gloves between customers. Gross. As others have mentioned, people have gotten infections here, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s going to happen to me after this disgusting experience. I won’t be returning to this horrible, rude, daylight-robbery of a nail salon. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This salon has extremely talented and experienced nail techs I have ever had do my nails. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy with your service. These are photos of the nails have gotten.

The first time I went i got beautiful almond shaped nails, since then the refills have been very ordinary. The last time I got nails that are 4mm thick, I can't pick anything up and they look freakishly ugly looking at them end on.

Been coming here for about a year now and my sets are ALWAYS amazing- most consistent nail salon across Melbourne! My sets of biab never peel, and they last approx 5 weeks (until I get sick of the length). All of the girls are amazing <3

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a BIAB refill and had a poor experience. When curing under the lamp, I experienced a strong burning sensation. The technician explained this was due to my nails being thin, however this has not occurred at other salons I’ve visited. Additionally, the filing was done on my skin rather than just the nail, which caused discomfort. Even if I were paid, I wouldn’t go back.
