Purchased a bracelet online from here. Took a while to arrive, then found out it was the wrong colour. They wouldn’t reply to emails so called the shop to get the ball rolling on an exchange. Sent it back and heard nothing. Sent an email, continued to hear nothing. 3 months on from date of original purchase, I receive an email saying my purchase has been refunded. Such a waste of time, wouldn’t recommended dealing with their online store.

I love this place and all the friendly staff. Only complaint is that I come out poorer that when I went in. The complaint is from my hubby not me. I love that they have clothes , cards, tatts, candles and all sorts of goodies. Would highly recommend this store.

Always love looking at their Sales. Was fortunate enough to purchase two linen tops today. Great variety and friendly staff.

Now I've moved interstate, I realise how much i miss this place! Not only is it a one stop shop for everything (incl, tatts, cards, homewares, jewellery,gifts), the staff are exceptional. They're always genuinely willing to help and source what I'm after, even when they're busy. I highly recommend dropping in to see what's on offer here!

I don't normally bother with these reviews but a few close friends shopped here recently and although the shop is apparently good the staff are not. They were handed 2 bags as they completed their transactions and unwittingly took them to find that only one had their goods in. They got a call from the store and they immediately returned and dropped off the parcel that was not theirs,but had been handed to them by the assistant.......who claimed to be the manager!! She then went on to ask WHY did you take this bag!!!!!! A further phone call from the shop they said that not all the goods in the second bag had been returned. I tried to call the owners. I left a message for them, with a different staffer, to call me but they haven't bothered. I can only assume that the staff member who gave the wrong goods and then started all sorts of accusations is not only very rude but I wouldn't be surprised if she is flogging stuff. Did not leave a good experience.

Really happy with the service and quality of their products. I love shopping here, so many beautiful items!!! Recently purchased online, really easy and was delivered promptly. Thanks 🙂

What a surprising newsagency! Love the mix of quality homewares, jewellery, clothing, footwear inter-mingled with the usual tatts & magazines. A great place to shop if you get stuck for a gift!
