Emily-May Bridal was an absolute dream. The lady was amazing and went above and beyond by opening on her closed day just to help us find a last-minute dress. From the moment we walked in, she listened carefully to our vision and pieced everything together perfectly, making us feel so welcome and comfortable. We fell in love with the dress straight away. The quality is stunning, and the range she offers is truly beautiful , catering to both small and large sizes with such elegant, well-designed gowns. You can genuinely feel the care and passion behind every dress. We had shopped at over 15 bridal stores around Melbourne, and the day we came to Emily-May Bridal was the day we stopped searching. I had such a wonderful experience at Emily May Bridal. Fynn was incredibly patient and kind, even after we arrived late, which immediately made me feel at ease. The dress I said yes to wasn’t any I had originally picked out, but Fynn really understood the style I was drawn to and made thoughtful recommendations that led me to my perfect dress! Where do I even begin? There truly aren’t enough words to express just how grateful I am for Lee. After visiting multiple bridal stores and leaving my dress to the very last minute (because I was busy stressing about every other wedding detail and convincing myself I’d lose the weight 🙈), I honestly felt defeated. So to any future brides reading this: please learn from me and start dress shopping months in advance! By the time I met Lee, I had completely given up hope. My sister kept telling me, "Don’t give up God has a dress for you, we just have to find it." I remember googling bridal dresses and coming across Emily May Bridal. When I went to put it into the navigator, I noticed the store was closed but something told me to call anyway. Lee answered, and without hesitation, she happily opened the store just for us. Within minutes of being there, we found the dress. From that moment on, everything felt seamless. Lee was so warm, welcoming, and understanding. She gave me hope when I had none left. The first two dresses she recommended were perfect I went from having no options at all to having choices. In that moment, I truly felt like Cinderella, and Lee was my fairy godmother. Had a fantastic experience at Emily May Bridal & found my dream dress!! The lovely consultants went above and beyond helping me to see my vision (adding straps and inserts etc). I even went over my time frame and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. The store is also gorgeous and I got my own private room! Overall loved my experience.

Emily May made the experience of purchasing my wedding dress seamless, and everything I’d hoped it to be! Lee was so warm, welcoming and bubbly. They were incredibly accomodating to all of my requests and multiple questions! Even once I had already purchased my dress. I was made to feel incredibly special during the process, and like Lee had all of the time in the world during my fittings. I would recommend purchasing your dress from this boutique!

They made choosing my gown such a beautiful and special experience — a memory I’ll cherish forever. I’ve just had my first fitting, and it was absolutely beautiful. The dress is perfect — everything I imagined and more. The additional extension in the train lining turned out absolutely flawless, and the gown fits like a glove. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The communication throughout the entire process has been amazing, and everything has felt so organised and stress free. I was clearly guided through the alterations process and given very clear instructions, which made everything feel seamless and exciting. I’m beyond excited for the next steps and can’t wait to wear my dream dress on the day.
