So glad i found my dream dress at The Bridal Outlet! All the ladies were extremely helpful & friendly. Alterations were very fast, i only needed a small alteration but was fast! So many lovely dresses in store!! Recently got married & everyone loved my dress & i felt stunning 🙂 thankyou!!!

From the ladies who helped with my picking of my dress to Donna and her team in alterations. I will be forever grateful, I truly felt like a princess and didn’t want to take my dress off. This store is amazing! I had two months until my wedding when i walked in looking for a dress. No appointment, was directed from another bridal store after they needed a minimum 9 months notice first. The staff were lovely, super helpful and picked out the perfect dress for me. The dress itself is amazing and honestly the opposite of what i thought i would go for. They have heaps of options and sizes and can always order one in from their additional 44 stores which will take one week to come in. Prices were great and quality was even better. Alterations booked in with their worker on the spot, super flexible and very accommodating. Honestly, don't look any further than this store, they have designer dresses ready to go at great prices. Very happy with everything, will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family. Update - mum and sister went today and were able to find gowns they both love. Lady was super helpful and we didn't have an appt yet she took the time to assist and make sure everyone found something they love. Could not recommend this store more, honestly look no further whether you're the bride, a bridesmaid or simply a wedding guest. Absolutely amazing people, dresses, and store.

The Bridal outlet was the first wedding dress shop I ever visited. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything that matched what I wanted but the customer service was amazing and they will go above and beyond to help you find the right dress at the right price. After I found the right dress I went back to The Bridal Outlet to search for the perfect overskirt. I tried on every overskirt and none matched exactly what I was after so the assistant suggested I get a custom made overskirt from their alterations department so she took my measurements and they made one within a few weeks. Let me just say this was one of the best decisions I make for my wedding! The skirt was exactly what I wanted and the price was amazing. I cannot thank these ladies enough, they made my dreams come true!

Had an excellent experience here looking for a dress for my sister, the lady was very friendly and helpful the entire experience making it one to remember. Dresses very well priced and there is a good sale at the moment. Wedding dress was a very cheap price and looked beautiful.

Donna and Kelly made this Absolutely Spectacular dress for my wedding.. !! .... It was Exactly what I had in my head that I wanted... A barbie princess dress .... The overlay is detachable and they even made a matching garter for me. Their expertise and workmanship is exquisite... and knew exactly what I wanted even working with the limited "dress making" words I had. I Cannot Thank them enough for this Amazingly Stunning dress it was Definitely the starof the show.. I would Absolutely recommend them... !!!! .. ❣️❣️❣️❣️THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH... ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Thanks to Brittany and Gabriel, I had an amazing experience and was able to day ‘Yes’ to the dress. I had been to other bridal stores and this was by far the best one. Warmly greeted and assisted with right til the end (even though I didn’t buy right there and then). Brittany made the whole process seamless, fun and really relaxed. Photos are also allowed which makes the buying process exponentially better. Appointments an absolute must and highly recommended to all brides, bridesmaids to be, and formal wear.
