The Brides By Francesca Team were absolutely fantastic & extremely helpful !! From the moment I walked into the shop I felt extremely comfortable and walked out feeling like the ladies in the store really cared about me and making sure my dress was perfect for mine and my husbands big day. I had the most amazing experience at Brides by Francesca and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Grace was absolutely incredible – she went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress and truly made the whole experience so special. She was patient, kind, and really listened to what I wanted. What meant the most to me was how she included my daughter in the experience as well, which made it even more memorable and special. Thanks to Grace, I not only found the perfect dress, but I genuinely enjoyed every moment of the process. Such a beautiful store with an even more beautiful team. Highly recommend to any bride.

I had a lovely experience at Brides by Francesca! My consultation went for almost 2 hours, there was no rush, I tried on as many dresses as I needed, and the champagne was served almost immediately (a special touch!). Sorelle went above and beyond during my consultation and ended up showing me a dress I never thought I'd choose...and it was the dress that I bought off the rack that day! I have my wedding dress, and it wouldn't have been a dream come true if it wasn't for Sorelle and her expertise! Sorelle involved my mum and sister so much during the consult, it almost felt like we had known Sorelle for years. Very friendly and inclusive. What a wonderful day it was! Highly recommend Sorelle at Brides of Francesca!

Buying my dress at one of their sales was a good experience, initially organizing the alterations was too. As I bought so far out from my wedding date we set the alteration date which was advised by the seamstress and team in store about 9-10 weeks from the wedding date. I called today to confirm the alterations appointment (one week prior to my alterations appointment) to be informed they no longer have an in house seamstress. Really dissapointed that I wasn’t made aware of this when changes were made before Christmas and I had to call to confirm the appointment which is when I found out. Not sure what would have happened had I turned up none the wiser expecting my appointment to take place as planned.

I had a great experience when I found my beautiful wedding dress at Brides By Francesca! I explained to them my situation of needing a dress asap as I was planning to marry quite quickly after getting engaged. After trying on about 5 dresses, Tiegan (forgive me if thats incorrect) pulled this beautiful Jean Fox gown off the rack and instantly I knew it was the one! Thank you for the help, advice and taking photos for me (as I was on my own) and the smooth process of taking the dress home that same day.
