I was fortunate enough to follow Jane Hill online and spot a dress I thought might be for me when we got engaged. Wedding planning started and I booked an appointment to head to the Richmond store and try it on. Alex assisted me and she was so lovely. She was kind, patient and asked questions to ensure I was comfortable and understood all the inclusions and options I had. I left and then returned a few days later to try one more time and ensure it was ‘the one’ before confirming my purchase. I met with Alex again who took me through everything, finalised measurements and ordered my Anderson gown and cathedral veil for me. During the process, I was kept up to date via email on what I needed to know. My dress was complete earlier than expected but I waited to attend and pick up. 9 months after my initial purchase, I attended and loved the dress even more. It was the perfect fit (Alex was amazing with this) and the only alteration I required was a hem. All the staff at Jane Hill Richmond were lovely and the Anderson gown I purchased was just breathtaking. The quality of material, thoroughness of staff to ensure I cared for it right was second to none. Love my experience at Jane Hill and loved my dress even more.

The experience that I had at Jane Hill was absolutely amazing! I feel so lucky that this was the first place I visited because it started my whole wedding dress journey in such a positive and memorable way. The garments were treated with so much care and respect, and I felt supported while trying each dress on. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It was such a beautiful, calm and special experience, and I couldn’t recommend Jane Hill enough to any bride-to-be!

I recently said YES to the dress at Jane Hill and I couldn't of had a better experience! Both Millie and Annabelle were so warm, knowledgable and helpful. I felt very comfortable in the hands of the girls and didn't feel any pressure to choose something on the day, they ensured that I loved the dress 100% before finalising anything. I had more than enough time during my first try on and retry appointment to change into multiple gowns and mini dresses, while still having a laugh, cry and convo with my friends and family. I was also happily surprised to find out that I was able to bring all of my bridesmaids, MOB and MIL to my appointments, as most dress boutiques limit it to 3. This made my day extra special because I could bring everyone who matters most to me to share the experience with! Both Millie and Annabelle had such an attention to detail when it came to fitting the dresses on me. They both made sure I could fully visualise how the dress would sit and then talked me through any changes I could make. From the champagne toasts to fixing the train of my dress, the girls at Jane Hill were beyond amazing and accomodating. I Highly recommend booking in your bridal dress appointment here, as you will leave feeling amazing and I couldn't be happier to be wearing such a stunning gown that makes me feel my most confident!

I had a wonderful experience at Jane Hill.It was my favourite bridal dress shop to visit. I didn't purchase my gown here,but there dresses are fabulous 😍 I even went for a second visit and tried some of the lovely minis and I received a lovely Jane Hill Christmas goodie bag. Annabelle was so lovely and made me feel at ease.

The most magical bridal experience with Genevieve. She made me feel so special and was so patient, kind and helpful through the whole process. I didn’t feel rushed and she made it a very memorable moment for me. The showroom was absolutely stunning and I am so happy to have found my wedding dress!!

I went through so many mixed emotions when purchasing my dress, and the team was nothing but supportive, patient and incredibly accommodating every step of the way. I had my first bridal appointment at Jane Hill Bridal and was feeling a bit nervous and overwhelmed being the first dresses to try on. Our stylist, Millie was absolutely lovely from the start. She took on board my feedback as we tried dresses on, and even started selecting styles that we realised suited me best and that both I and my bridal party loved. I felt at ease right away and really enjoyed the whole appointment. With her guidance, we ended up finding a dress I am in love with, which made the appointment even more special.
