I recently ordered bridesmaid dresses from this store and had incredible service from Carol - she was very quick to respond to emails and offered brilliant advice about fabrics, sizes in stock, estimated time to order in and to post the dresses to where they needed to go. We are based in Perth and the dresses needed to go all around the country for fittings, so everything was done online! It seemed that most styles we chose, were quite forgiving in the sizes so only minor alterations were needed which we sourced separately. Ordering the dresses was very straightforward and Carol was so helpful. Wedding outfits can be a very stressful part of a wedding but this became much less stressful than it could have been. I was looking for a special order on a tie and I found this store online and contacted them. I felt so important because the help I received was second to none. I was that happy with the tie that I decided to get the same emblem on a vest. I am not that good with colour matching but I was helped marvelously, just like a mum helping her son. So thank you for the memories you created.

Most items are pre order….. if item does not fit and you need to return they charge a ridiculous $50 restocking fee. They also inflate the return postage charge to $22 which is also non refundable…. Australia Post only charge $10.95 Would advise not buying anything from them online Edit to reply to owners response Once again I’d like to clarify that NEVER at any stage did you say a $50 restocking fee for pre order on the phone…. you stated $20 only. Never did Carol state on the phone the dress was a discontinued line Never did I agree to pay for express shipping back to you which is what you charged me for @ $22 …. It was sent standard mail 12/3 and took 6 days to be returned to your local post office on the 18/3 and you collected on the 20/3 It wasn’t until everything was finalised that I realised you charged me $72 for returning the dress … which is ridiculous as you now will make another $180 of the same dress My review is to warn others of your astronomically rude and over pricing for an online order that you state to be true to size

We have been lucky enough for this business to donate beautiful dresses and suits to our highschool 2 yrs in a row for our students to wear to Prom. This helped our girls to feel like princesses for a night and we couldn't of been happier with how accommodating the owner is. She made sure we had some last minute suits delivered to us, 5 hours away from where she is! Being a school for disadvantaged youth having this kind of help truly made our students feel special and experience the night of their lives. This business was also nominated for our volunteer/service of the year for 2024. I look forward to a continuing connection with FM Formal Wear.

Honestly the best customer service I have received in years! Very responsive and flexible. I had an issue with my dress size after doing home measurements, Carol from Redcliffe was so accommodating! She was able to get me a next day appointment to fix the dress just in time for the wedding only 3 days later. This will forever be my go to store thanks to Carol

I cannot speak highly enough of the FM Formal Wear team. I purchased the Sonya dress for my bridesmaids & the quality was beautiful, there were so many compliments made on the day by our guests about the bridesmaids dresses. I can be quite indecisive at the best of times but nothing was too much trouble for the team the were super patient & extremely helpful with my many, many questions. Customer service is outstanding.
