I had two items repaired, but the first time I used them after the fix, they immediately broke again. One was supposed to be sawed, but it was only glued instead. The other was meant to have a patch inserted to reinforce it, but nothing was done, and it came apart again the first time I tried it on. $40 waisted

Had been going here for almost a year when needing alterations. However recently had a pair of pants hemmed and after the first wash the stitching unravelled. Checked some other clothing items and have discovered a second pair of pants and a skirt have now both had hemmed stitching unraveled.

Worst services ever and I would give zero stars, or even deduct stars if possible. Two days ago, I went to have a zipper replaced for my bag, the lady said "We don’t do bags, sorry." She knew I have confidential documents in my bag and yet she still decided to be rude to me. When I told her I had confidential documents in my bag, she dismissed me, and in a very rude way. Do not ever visit this store unless you want to be treated rudely. I hope this store closes down soon.

Went to this place on two occasions. Receipts attached below. Had to get the sleeves of 3 over-shirts and 3 shirts altered. 3/6 of the products had problems as pictured below. I was told for all of them the cuffs would be moved up, which is why im being charged so high. Clearly they have been cut and now its difficult to do anything about it in the overshirts. One of the shirts is purely not cared for. Can be clearly seen in the picture that both the cuffs are of different lengths. No one can do such work, it’s unfortunate i went here. That work was produced already after a two day delay, after the clothes had been there a week. I hope to go back and get the resolution for the issues. However, i don’t have hopes as they are already spoilt. Not to mention the over-shirts were completely new.
